- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Only one account per person is permitted
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Monthly plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect at the next billing period
- Annual plans are fixed for 12 months with no mid-year changes
- All prices are in USD
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

- Sharing account credentials with other individuals

- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of RankStrike or third parties
- Transmitting harmful, offensive, or malicious content

- Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and reference only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI output

- The RankStrike name, logo, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property
- Content you create using our tools belongs to you
- We do not claim ownership over any content you generate through our service

- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service
- Upon termination, access to the service ends immediately
- Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in US courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
