We stand behind RankStrike with a 30-day money-back guarantee.* Our goal is for every customer to get real value from our tools. If the service fails to function as described, we will work to resolve your issue — and if we can't, we'll refund you.

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if all of the following apply:
- The service fails to function as described on our website
- The issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting it to our support team
- The refund request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Partial use of the service within the billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results that fall within normal variation
- Violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@rankstrike.io
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Describe the technical issue you experienced in detail
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
Section 4
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase
- All refunds are processed via Stripe; your bank's processing time may vary
Section 5
Annual Plans
- Annual plans are fixed commitments for a 12-month period
- Refund eligibility under the 30-day guarantee applies to the first 30 days only
- After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans
- Exception: service failure as defined in Section 2 above, regardless of timing
Section 6
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
- Exception: the 30-day money-back guarantee as described above
